SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 1-5 business days for processing BEFORE shipment, although most order will ship out same day. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out, delivery takes approximately 1-3 days for domestic orders and 7-21 days for INTERNATIONAL orders depending on the country. Please note: Priority one day shipping does not mean over night shipping, our 1-5 business day processing time still applies to one day shipping. Order processing during sale/promotions/holiday/restock/new release periods may take longer due to high volume of orders. 

Once the order is fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address that was provided at checkout. Pre-shipment status DOES NOT mean the order has shipped. It only means that USPS has been notified of the tracking number (mailing label).

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 10-14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE SHIPMENT ON ALL CUSTOM NAMEPLATE ORDERS . Custom items are made-to-order, not ready made for immediately shipping. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to your provided shipping address. We suggest purchasing our ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION (provided at checkout) as insurance for lost packages. If you purchase ROUTE, we will be able to help get you a replacement in the event of a lost or stolen package.
