Refund policy

 

Returns & Exchanges:

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Exchanges will be deemed on a case by case basis. Please email any exchange requests to info@restivojewelers.com with your order number, reason for wanting an exchange and the desired item(s) requested to exchange for. All exchanges must be done within 7 days of receiving your original order. Should you receive a damaged item due to post mishandling, please let us know immediately within 2 business days of receiving the item by emailing info@restivojewelers.com your order number and photo of the damaged item. 

All sale items & custom orders (including nameplates) are final sale, no exceptions.

Ring Sizing: 

Please be sure to know your proper ring size before placing an order. Unfortunately Restivo Jewelers is unable to refund or exchange a ring due to wrong size ordered. 

30 Day Repair / Replacement Warranty :

Restivo Jewelers offers a 30 day repair / replacement warranty. Should your item become damaged within 30 days of purchase, please contact info@restivojewelers.com with your name, order number, and photo of the product. Allow up to 3-5 business days for a response. 

After 30 days if your item becomes damaged, we do offer a REPAIR SERVICE for a small fee + shipping costs. Please email us with a repair service request at info@restivojewelers.com  including your original order number. These requests are subject to review. 

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Unfortunately we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once our provided tracking information confirms successful delivery to your provided shipping address.
